all keyboard input is not read by text area inside applet

      Windows XP Pro SP2/x64/jre7-b148(64 bit)/ff-b42(64 bit)/64-bit IE8

      when run fx manual test for b42, all keyboard input is not read by FullScreenApplets

      steps to reproduced:
      1. Load the applet inside the browser: http://sqeweb.us.oracle.com/deployment1/deployment_6_UR_int_exec_ws/6/deployment/src/javafx/fxfeaturesTest/fxfeaturesTest/html/FullscreenTextTest.html
      2. Type something inside the text area within the primary stage running inside the browser
      3. If all keyboard input is not read by the app, then the bug reproduced.
