      steps to reproduce:
      1 clear deployment cache
      2 Launch the applicaton javaws http://jfx.sfbay.sun.com/hudson/job/presidio-deploy-scrum/label=windows-i586-14/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/artifacts/deployed/FadeInPreloader/Fish.jnlp
      3 If there appeares an exception(com.sun.applets2.preloader.CancelException) and the app failed to run, then the bug reproduce
