Launching application using desktop shortcut prompts for shortcut again if application is accessed using SSL i.e. https

      Steps to reproduce:
      1) Install jre7 and fx runtime

      2) Clear cache and Load following applet or jnlp application
      https://nicole1.us.oracle.com:8443/plugin_tests/fxfeaturesTest/fxfeaturesTest/html/GetDocCodeBase.html
      https://nicole1.us.oracle.com:8443/plugin_tests/fxfeaturesTest/fxfeaturesTest/html/GetDocCodeBase.jnlp
      3) There should be prompt to create desktop shorctut . Allow to create pop-up
      4) Make sure that desktop shortcut is getting created
      5) Launch application from desktop shortcut and (wait for a while) if prompt to create shortcut is there then bug is reproduced

Also when jnlp application is launched then one can see 2 java security pop-up one from AWT and second one from javafx, this is a separate bug against which a different JIRA will be opened
