JTabbedPane tabs are blinking when several JFXPanels are used, Nimbus L&F

      Run the attached test. It creates a simple Swing JTabbedPane and inserted several empty JFXPanel objects to its tabs. When Nimbus L&F is used, the tabs are blinking when hovered by mouse.
