demos don't run in jnlp mode from IE8 and Chrome

      applet apps works correctly, but by clicking on "click to launch this app as webstart"

      IE8 throws error (java.io.FileNotFoundException: \BrickBreaker.jnlp)
      Chrome starts downloading runtime



      N.B:
      - launch from Firefox works correctly
      - launch by double-clicking jnlp works correclty
