Hi-DPI scaling on systems with the Windows scale factor set to 125% (which is 120 DPI) leads to blurry text.
We should consider setting the default threshold for Hi-DPI scaling to 150%. If we do, then we very likely need to fixJDK-8087793 as well or the default system font and any controls that are sized in ems will be smaller than it currently is in 8u40.
