[TEST_BUG] Test templates clash with each other

      Test templates are recognized by JTREG as tests with the same name:

      test/jce/templates/Template.sh
      test/jce/templates/Template.java

      Thus, an error in JPRT:
      Error: Test clashes with another test with a similar name:
        /opt/jprt/T/P1/215307.igerasim/s/test/jce/templates/Template.sh
        /opt/jprt/T/P1/215307.igerasim/s/test/jce/templates/Template.java
