WebView 8u60 Gmail display problems on HiDPI

        A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
        If the Windows DPI (text zoom) is set to 125% WebView displays a 125% zoomed image,
        but when displaying Gmail the button controls/icons no longer display correctly. For example it is impossible to delete an email because you cannot access the buttons.



        ADDITIONAL REGRESSION INFORMATION:

        Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.60-b21, mixed mode)

        STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
        1. set the Windows text zoom (DPI)
         - use "Control Panel > Display"
         - set the DPI to "Medium - 125%"
        2. run the WebView WebEngine
        3. display a Gmail account at https://mail.google.com/
        4. display problems are seen, select an email to delete and the problems are worse.

        EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
        EXPECTED -
        I expected to be able to see my emails and use my account, I can see and edit my emails but I cannot use any of the button controls at the top of the page.
        ACTUAL -
        In GMail all of the buttons at the top of the page are badly displayed and missing text names.
        Selecting an email aggravates the problem, it is impossible to delete an email.

        REPRODUCIBILITY :
        This bug can be reproduced always.

        CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
        Workaround is to go back to the Windows control panale > display and select a 100% DPI setting.
