clarify position of unlock options in error messages

        If one specify flight recorder options before UnlockCommercialFeatures it does not work.

        -Xms512m -Xmx1024m -XX:+UseG1GC -XX:+FlightRecorder -XX:+UnlockCommercialFeatures
