We should create a new table in the "Permissions in the Java Development Kit (JDK)" that contains permissions that are not standard but are used within the JDK and otherwise considered supported, since end users may need to grant them in policy files, etc (these permissions are very similar in nature to the types annotated with @jdk.Exported).
A list of permissions that meet these criteria will be added later after some code analysis.
