A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
i can´t open .jar files using the .exe files java or javaw of the java folder

REGRESSION. Last worked in version 8u60

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
install, double click in a .jar file, select more options, select search another, search java folder and search the .exe file called javaw, but no open.

changing the aplication to open the .jar files select the .exe called java in the java folder searching another.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
double click, working in second plane, but no open the .jar file.
ACTUAL -
open the windows console, but the .jar no

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
