[UART] Invalid data is read from loopback RPi ttyAMA0 device

      On recent Raspbian release unknown applicaiton (maybe kernel itself) configures onboard ttyAMA0 to very specific mode regardless settings to avoid use of this device for console/logging. This causes to fail mostly ALL UART functional VTS tests.
