Steps to reproduce:
1) Open JCP.
Under Advanced - Shortcut Creation, select.
- Ask user if untrusted (default)
2) Save the setting and close JCP.
3) Import the cert into Signer CA to make it trusted.

4) Launch the tested application

5) Accept the Security Information dialog
6) If "Desktop Integration Warning" was still there, bug is reproducible.
