      rPI, see, b235 against latest DIO VTS 1.1

      An attempt to open UART by controllerNumber=0+channelNumber=1
      results in DNFE. Note, on ME rPI implementation it is possible to do.

      opening with controllerName=ttyAMA0 is OK.
