The basic scenario is a not-editable combo cell with a dynamic items list such that on commit, the committed value is removed from the list. There (at least) two variants of the problem. To reproduce, run the example, double-click on a cell in comboWithHandler to start an edit, then

Variant 1:

- click on first item of drop-down
- expected: "Inside" is showing in both columns of row, single line output with "counter=0, INSIDE"
- actual: null (aka: empty cell) in both columns of row, two line output with "counter =0, INSIDE" on first and "counter = 1, null" on second

Variant 2:
- click on second item in drop-down
- expected: "OUTSIDE" is showing in both columns, single line output with "counter= 0, OUTSIDE"
- actual: multiple exceptions thrown, output:
