the change for 8062186: (Revisit use of FX xml extension) , allowed either preloader-class or progress-class to mean the same thing, but when parsing javafx-desc, there is a typo preventing it from parsing pre-loader class .
problem is caught by junit tests and causes a failure in XMLFormatTest.testPArseFX().
