G1 predicts based on some data at G1CollectorPolicy but if the data is not good the prediction will not work correctly.

We need some experiments to measure the Standard Deviation, the data and compare the prediction.

Start with measuring TruncateSeq classes at G1CollectorPolicy to know its behavior and investigate what is good data for stable prediction.
