Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable narrator and execute TextArea demo from toys (java -cp Hello.jar hello.HelloTextArea)
Expected result (as in notepad):
Narrator reads current line when navigating using up and down (not lines of the text, but visible lines with word wrap)
Actual result:
Nothing happens when navigating using up and down.
