A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
When initShellProcs() in ShellFolder2.cpp fails, an internal error is thrown with the generic error message "Could not initialize shell library". It would be good if initShellProcs() could return a detailed error message instead (which would be added to the exception message), indicating which library failed to load, or which procedure was not found in the expected library.

JUSTIFICATION :
We get about one of these exceptions for every 10,000 new users, which for us is about twenty per year. With a more detailed message, we should be able to give our users who encounter this more information about what is missing, misconfigured, or incompatible on their systems.
