During a G1 stw pause there are multiple places where the heap can be expanded. It would be helpful to measure and report the heap expand time seen by the gc threads during the Object Copy phase.

The JDK-8060017 is on a track to report the heap expand time seen on the VM thread during a STW pause in a young gc.
