Could not run Java update.getting error: "Java install did not complete" "Error Code: 2"

      Users reported the error seen during the update on Windows platform.

      Quote: When I run the update for JRE 8 Update 60, it displays the error "Java install did not complete" "Error Code: 2". This appears a few seconds after I start it. I have tried using the offline install program, but that does the same thing. Then I tried removing the old version of Java (update 51) but that doesn't make any difference. Now I have no Java installed
