      Re-examine java.lang.management.PlatformLoggingMXBean and java.util.logging.LoggingMXBean and determine if java.management dependency on java.logging can be eliminated (if its static reference to java.util.logging are all implementation-specific that can be replaced with System.getLogger ultimately).
