Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch http://oklahoma.us.oracle.com/www/tests/1.9.0/7145168/test.jnlp
2) Wait until installer is launched and then application is launched
3) Closed them and then run "javaws -uninstall"
4) If installer was launched with "install" argument, bug was reproducible
Expected result:
installer was launched with "uninstall" argument
