Rename SetupArchive to SetupJarArchive

      Description

        It is not very clear that SetupArchive is actually creating a jar file. Analogous with SetupZipArchive, it should be renamed to SetupJarArchive. Also, the implementation should be moved to a separate file, out of JavaCompilation.gmk.
