This test fails consistently on OEL 7 (Gnome 3, ATI) with latest builds as well as b40 (well before JDK-6345095 was fixed). What fails is, the very first subtest without any additional 2d flags set.
Note that the same test runs OK on OS X, on Ubuntu with Xfce4, and on Windows.
