Remove an experimental stopgap fix (-Dprism.experimental.skipMeshNormalComputation) that is no longer needed

The experimental skip mesh's normal computation property was originally introduced to address a performance issue (see JDK-8097904). For 9 going forward we no longer need this property since we have added support for vertex normals for mesh in 8u40 (see JDK-8098122).
