Change FilterIntoCSClosure to inherit OopClosure

      The G1 closure FilterIntoCSClosure currently inherits ExtendedOopClosure but is never used as anything other than an ordinary OopClosure. Re-factor it to inherit OopClosure and remove apply_to_weak_ref_discovered_field().
