AWTEventMonitor.getComponentWithFocus() returns null on OS X and Windows

com.sun.java.accessibility.util.AWTEventMonitor.getComponentWithFocus() always returns null on OS X even if window contain focused component.
It is internal API, so problem is not so serious,
