Packager provides jvmlibrary rather than launcher figuring it out

      The packager should generate:

      app.jvmlibrary=$APPDIR/runtime/lib/i386/client/libjvm.so

      rather than the launcher figure it out from:

      app.runtime=$APPDIR/runtime
