[test]Need to update test code to adapt change in URL format of resources listed in JCP's Java Cache Viewer

Need to update the test code according to product change due to JDK-8046870:
hellojaws.jar is listed but URL format is "file:////<dir1>/<dir2>..." instead of "http://127.0.0.1:8080/.."
