A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
install JDK 9 build 99 (same for 96).
when installer queries for the installation dir of JRE, keep default, press next
--> no install of JRE, error code 1624

REGRESSION. Last worked in version 9

ADDITIONAL REGRESSION INFORMATION:
problem exist since rename to 9.0
with 1.9 it had been ok

ACTUAL -
 error code 1624

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
