Add timeout and failure handling into the shared test code.
1. To handle failures test should print methods states and what was specified to the test VM.
2. During a timeout jtreg prints only stack trace from the driver VM. Separate VM executed by the test isn't printed. Test should also show any info about connection with a separate VM.
