The source for the StaxEntityResolverWrapper is a result of XMLResolver, the StaxXMLInputSource returned by it should therefore indicate it is created a resolver.
It would also be better to change fHasResolver in StaxXMLInputSource to IsCreatedByResolver to reflect the true nature of the source.
