[macosx] No way to copy and paste text from JTree nodes on Mac OS X for Motif LaF

      Regression - no
      LaF specific.
      OS specific - works on Windows.

      1) There is no Ins (Insert) key on mac keyboard - so, Ctrl-Insert and Shift-Insert can not work
      2) Cmd-c and Cmd-V do not work for Motif LaF
      3) Via VNC Ctrl-Ins and Shift-Ins also do not work

      See attached source code. Try to copy tree node's text and paste it to another node of tree or anywhere else.
