The original ios updates for the awt makefile and recent merges have made the file more difficult to maintain. This issue will be used to rollback the awt makefile to the jdk9 b102 update. The exclusion check for ios will be placed in the higher level makefile temporarily.
This will allow for a cleaner introduction of the incoming android updates.
