JCP to notify expired certificates used for DRS

      The expiration of a code-signing certificate used for a DRS is currently
      indicated at runtime with an 'Application Blocked' dialog.

      It was proposed to also have the JCP indicate expired certificates used
      for DRS. Currently in JCP of Java SE 9 b103, this is not the case.

      The behaviour was experimentally verified.
      Code-signing certificate that expired on 11-Mar-2013 was used for
      signing DRS. JCP does indicate that certificate is expired.
