get rid of COMPILER_WARNINGS_FATAL in hotspot/make/bsd

      COMPILER_WARNINGS_FATAL isn't set by configure or any of upper level makefiles, however there are references to COMPILER_WARNINGS_FATAL in hotspot/make/bsd. these references can be removed.
