        FULL PRODUCT VERSION :
        N/A - can't run command, because install hangs

        ADDITIONAL OS VERSION INFORMATION :
        Windows 7 64-bit with latest patches

        A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
        The jdk-8u74-windows-x64.exe installer hangs.

        REGRESSION. Last worked in version 8u72

        ADDITIONAL REGRESSION INFORMATION:
        N/A - can't run command, because install hangs

        STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
        Double click the installer exe.

        EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
        EXPECTED -
        The installer appears to hang before the usual second part of the install (i.e. installation of jre).
        ACTUAL -
        Installer window hangs - forced to kill process and uninstall via Windows control panel to cleanup.

        REPRODUCIBILITY :
        This bug can be reproduced always.
