Broken link in java.beans.XMLDecoder

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      The link for "Long Term Persistence of JavaBeans Components: XML Schema, an article in The Swing Connection" is broken. Also, the use of "The Swing Connection" should probably be removed. As far as I know, this no longer exists.
