Prior to integration into JDK 9 then we need to remove any jake specific configuration from files such as:

<top>jprt.properties or anything for jib
jdk/test/Makefile
langtools/test/Makefile

and maybe other files.

I will link this to the issue to promote jtreg once there is an issue for that.
