Review and update class exclusion filters in com/sun/jdi tests

      A lot of JDI tests depend on class exclusion filters; briefly I grepped the following files containing filter expressions:

      com/sun/jdi:
      EarlyReturnTest.java
      ExceptionEvents.java
      FilterNoMatch.java
      JDIScaffold.java
      PopAndStepTest.java
      RepStep.java
      TestScaffold.java

      A review of the exclusion filter entries are due, new entries should most likely be added.
