jshell tool: add command line options for setting feedback mode

      There needs to be easy ways to set the mode (say by an instructor or and experienced user) so a command-line option is needed.

      maybe:
        -v -feedback verbose
       -q -feedback concise
       -qq -feedback silent

      Note: single dash, two argument format chosen for -feedback for consistency with other tools.
