Specifically:
Allow proper wording in the case of corralled classes.
Allow proper formatting when zero or more than one name is unresolved.
Allow proper formatting when zero, one, or more errors have occurred.
In format selectors, allow resolution state to be a selector.
Also, fix 'quiet' command mode so that it does not effect configured snippet output.
Check, implement, or remove dropped and rejected action cases.
Do all this by generalizing and simplifying the selector structure and collapsing /set field with /set format.
