JDK-8141209.js test fails if it is enabled by removing @runif os.not.windows
check on windows/cygwin and linux as well.

After doing initial analysis ,it seems problem with basic directory permissions and tried to move this to nosecurity directory.

Even in nosecurity it fails with below message if I run ant clean test.

Program output for test\script\nosecurity\JDK-8141209.js ends prematurely at line 1
