Introduction of ssliop protocol to corbaloc

      Currently there is no possiblity to use secured connections when corbaloc/corbaname is used. This enhancement proposes introduction of ssliop protocol to corbaloc resolution which will operate in the following way:

      During corbaloc url resolution corresponding IOR is created. Usage of ssliop protocol would result in attaching SSL tagged component with specified host and port and zero port in
      standard address. This will inform the socket factory which will create connection based on this IOR that secured connection must be used.
