[TESTBUG] remove obsolete runtime/SharedArchiveFile/BasicJarBuilder

      This is a follow-up change for "JDK-8153300 - [TESTBUG] Enhance test/testlibrary/ClassFileInstaller.java to support JAR files". This recent change covers the functionality provided in BasicJarBuilder, hence making it redundant.

      The purpose of this enhancement is to move all tests dependent on BasicJarBuilder to use this new functionality from ClassFileInstaller, and to remove BasicJarBuilder.
