JDI framework needs to be extended to support dynamic port numbers not only for Listening connectors

Currently NSK JDI framework supports dynamic port numbers only for ListeningConnector.
It should be extended to support dynamic port numbers for other types of connectors too.

The following tests started to fail during the Nightly due to lack of this feature:
