After the switch to the new hotspot build I see hundreds of repeated warnings of the form:
cc: Warning: Option -qsaveopt passed to ld, if ld is invoked, ignored otherwise
cc: Warning: Option -qchars=signed passed to ld, if ld is invoked, ignored otherwise
cc: Warning: Option -qfullpath passed to ld, if ld is invoked, ignored otherwise
Build is product using jib defaults. This only seems to appear on a clean build, yet building only hotspot, or only jdk, does not give the same warnings. ??? Not sure where they are originating from as they are all grouped together in the log, not connected with any obvious CC invocation
