A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Applet startup time under IE increased significantly with 8u73 & 8u66.
It is approximately 10-20 times slower with 8u60 compared to 8u51.
Sometimes the loading takes more than 9 minutes.
This appears consistently for the applets loaded in a page, called from HTML
Frameset.
Without frameset or opened in new explorer window , the same webpage with the appets, is found to be loading faster.

When tested with JRE 8u51, we do not see this problem, the applet loading is faster in both the scenarios.
This surfaces only in later versions like 8u66,8u73.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
The parent HTML page should have frameset.
The destination page in any of the FRAME should have applet.
On select , the page will load in the inner frame.
Then applets is found to be loading very slow.

Then applets should load as per previous version 1.7.0_45
ACTUAL -
Then applets is found to be loading very slow.
The loading of applets takes around 9 mins.

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
