jusched.exe file is locked by some other process and doesn't allow to upgrade to newer version

      Java auto updater file jusched.exe is being locked by some other process, After intsalling 8u77 it didn't update the auto update files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Java\Java Update
      I am unable to delete the jusched.exe looks like it is being locked by some other processs.
      Strange thing is file version of jusched.exe shows 9.0.0.0 instead of 2.8.xx.x
